Quilt Lifter recipe

A delicious recipe for Quilt Lifter, with white rum, dry sherry, creme de bananes, pineapple juice, orange juice and passion-fruit juice.

Serve in: Cocktail Glass

Ingredients: 1 oz white rum
1/2 oz dry sherry
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz passion-fruit juice

Method: Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a double-cocktail glass. Garnish with fruit, and serve.
