Zocolo recipe

A delicious recipe for Zocolo, with dark rum, tequila, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and club soda.

Serve in: Collins Glass

Ingredients: 1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz tequila
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz club soda

Method: Pour dark rum, tequila, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda and stir well. Garnish with a slice of orange, a pineapple wedge, and a maraschino cherry. Serve.
