Nadir Cocktail recipe

A delicious recipe for Nadir Cocktail, with gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, grenadine syrup, pineapple juice and soda water.

Serve in: Highball Glass

Ingredients: 1 2/3 oz gin
1/3 oz cherry brandy
2/3 oz lemon juice
2/3 oz strawberry syrup
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
2 tsp pineapple juice
3 oz soda water

Method: Pour the gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, grenadine and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and fill with soda water. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.
